Members of our employment team provide a high quality, efficient and approachable service, geared particularly to the needs to claimants and their advisers. We are also proud of our commitment to workers' rights, and are well aware of the difficulties faced by individuals who seek redress in a jurisdiction that does not provide public funding for claims.

Our barristers have expertise in the entire field, from transfer of undertakings to discrimination, and are able to draw upon the knowledge of other colleagues, particularly in the field of immigration. Furthermore, the varied background of the members of our team, which includes extensive experience in "real world" issues with our clients, means that we are able to provide realistic advice about the merits of claims.

We are regularly instructed by leading firms, law centres, CABs and trade unions. Our fee structure is highly competitive and individuals also consider, in appropriate cases, taking on instructions on a conditional fee basis.
